Yesterday the FreeBitcoinGiveaway.co.uk website was hacked. We believe the hackers used the htaccess file to do a 301 redirect.
We have no idea how they got in. We don't know if it was just an opportunistic hack or if the hacker was looking for bitcoins.
There are no bitcoins stored on the webserver. The giveaways are done from a standalone computer.
Some further security measures have been taken and hopefully all should be well now.
